Slack API has a lot of limitations when we want to update Slack profiles. Some fields can be synchronized imiditaly, while we need approval from Slack's primary owner for others.

To make the whole setup process more accessible, we want to entirely turn off Slack profile updates and allow users to enable it on the settings page, where they will see warnings and instructions, which will help them to finish synchronization.
