I miss a `Vacation` type

Vacation for part of the day
Ability to specify part of the day (for example, half a day) if vacation for 1 day. The same goes for sick leave.

Certain fields should be required in a department
In certain departments specific field can be required, i.e. Github account or similar. Would be nice to choose that on more detailed level.

Make organizational chart and people list a different features.
I need the two to be turned on and off independently: my CEO doesn't like the look of the chart and wants it off, but we totally like the people list.

Ability to modify all notificactions
I work with a all spanish speaking team, and all of the notifications available are in English apart from the ones you can set up. If full language change is not in the pipeline, letting us modify all messages would be very helpful.

Button to request time off.
It'd be great to have a button to request the time off from the user's profile in slack.

Assign time off policy to a country
I'd like to have ability to assign the time-off policy to the whole country, so that all the employees in the country get it.
