Hi OrgaNice team, We'd like to suggest two improvements that would make the platform more complete for our team: Ability to attach a signed leave request document — In Romania, companies are legally required to have a written and signed leave request from employees. It would be very helpful to have the option to attach a signed PDF directly to a time off request within the platform. Total leave days per employee — Currently, the Balance section only shows available and taken days. It would be useful to also display the total number of leave days each employee is entitled to (including carried-over days from the previous year), so HR can have a clear and complete overview without needing an external spreadsheet. We are currently in our trial period and we are genuinely interested in subscribing. However, these two features are important for our day-to-day HR operations, and knowing they are on your roadmap would make our decision much easier. Thank you for considering these suggestions!

Ability to specify part of the day (for example, half a day) if vacation for 1 day. The same goes for sick leave.

In certain departments specific field can be required, i.e. Github account or similar. Would be nice to choose that on more detailed level.

We have flex work schedule, please help us add a feature so that it appears on the calendar who is working, who is on flex and who has an event or will be out of office (not on leave) on specific dates.

I need the two to be turned on and off independently: my CEO doesn't like the look of the chart and wants it off, but we totally like the people list.

I work with a all spanish speaking team, and all of the notifications available are in English apart from the ones you can set up. If full language change is not in the pipeline, letting us modify all messages would be very helpful.
