Currently, the bot collects each field as a separate message. For users who have many empty fields among those that the installer wants to collect from employees, it can be frustrating to receive multiple requests from the bot without knowing when it will end.

We have decided to simplify this process and collect all the fields, except for the manager field, in a modal. This means that users will see all the required fields they need to fill in at once.
