Internal event posting and booking

The feature allows an administrator to place several events with some description (on some page/in some channel):
- country (city),
- date/time,
- type (on-site/offline),
- interest (sport, cooking, quiz, board games etc),
- available places (with auto limitation);
- language.
The team members can (it would be cool):
- book a place to participate ,
- can be added to waitlist;
- filter these events on the page by interests (type) or country,
- subscribe to some type of events
The administrator can:
а) set a limit for participants (if needed, e.g. for offline events)
b) see participants
c) see those who cancel very often at the last moment
