As is, only one manager is responsible for approving a time-off request.

However, in many scenarios multiple people are involved in approving time-off.

It could be HR and a Manager, or a Lead Developer and the Project Manager.

What would be ideal, is to have approvals with multiple managers involved.

Option 1: the requests are sent to a private channel where any of the members can approve the chat, in this case we can at least discuss the request and if one manager is out, another can take over

Option 2: if we can assign more managers to one person that could also be an option. Perhaps with a global setting to choose if all managers need to approve or any of the managers
