It'd be great to have a button to request the time off from the user's profile in slack.

Hi, Alexander, unfortunately Slack does not allow embeding buttons directly to a profile sidebar.
Now there are only 2 possible ways on how to request time offs from Slack:
1) Go to Organice bot dashboard and request from there
2) Use /Request time off
 Slack shortcut

Andrew Fan, hello. Well, I see the button "Run Survey". Why not "Add Time Off"?
