Hello,
would you add the possibility to add a maximum number of paid leave days per year - globally for all or for each employee individually?
Also to show how many days of paid vacation and sick leave an employee has taken in the calendar year?
Could unused leave be carried over from one year to another?

- are crucial for us too. We have different entities so there are different number of vacation days in every office. At the same time in one entity you don't carry over from one year to another, in other office you do

Ekaterina NurutdinovaMy suggestion, for example, is to be able to globally set a total number of paid annual leave that is valid for all employees (in our case 20 days), and separately for each employee can be increased or decreased individually. An employee's leave adjustment could be positive - for example if they have untaken leave from a previous year or negative - if they have taken more leave in a previous year or starting work they have less leave than the global setting.
When an employee applies for leave - not to be able to claim more days than they have left.

Andrew Fan Hi Andrew Fan, this is very helpful indeed. However, I also notice something else: if someone indicates that he is on leave from 15 to 28 April, then it will show here that he has taken 14 days leave, however, in reality it is 10 because Saturday and Sunday are days off (20, 21, 27 and 28 April). Is there any way when someone claims leave:
- not to count the days off (Saturday and Sunday)
- to be able to manually enter or import from other places (e.g. google calendar) the official days off for a specific country to be able to calculate the requested leave as accurately as possible?
And I have a few more suggestions:
- Chatbot to announce similarly to birthdays in a certain channel which employees are on vacation/sick days etc.
- through the website admin/manager can manually enter leave or sick leave. The reason is that when an employee is on sick leave, they cannot access slack and there is no way to note that a certain employee is off work?
